HArmonyCa® is a hybrid injectable that combines hyaluronic acid with calcium hydroxyapatite. The hyaluronic acid gel provides immediate volume, hydration, and a lifting effect, while the calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres encourage new collagen production.
Essentially, HArmonyCa® works in two ways. First, it gives an instant, visible lift in the treated areas. Then, as the gel gradually breaks down, the ingredients support your own collagen to help improve skin structure, elasticity, and long-term facial definition.
HarmonyCa® is intended for facial soft-tissue augmentation in areas such as the cheeks, midface, lateral face, lower face, and jawline. It's not used on the lips, under-eye area, glabella, or around the mouth.

Patients can return to regular activities the same day, though redness, swelling, tenderness, firmness, itching, or bruising may occur around the injection site. These effects are typically mild and temporary.
We recommend avoiding makeup in the treated areas for 12 hours before and after treatment. For the first 24 hours, avoid strenuous exercise, direct sun exposure, tanning lamps, and extreme weather. Cold compresses can be used as needed, but apply gently.
